Returns and Exchanges
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any postage and packaging costs.
If you would like to exchange your item that’s no problem. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like instead.
When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure its safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Once the returned item has been received back we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be processed via the same method the payment was made.
